About Us
We are a small family run business located in Worsley. Founded and run by myself, Danielle, together with my Husband Lee, Brother Aidan and a small roster of trusted individuals, we provide dog walking, sitting and boarding in the M28 and surrounding areas.
We pride ourselves on finding the perfect matches for your canine friends. We carefully assess your dogs personality and behaviours, and whether its finding them their new best friends on their daily or weekly walks with us or finding them the perfect boarder, we are here to help.
Not only do we love dogs, but all our walkers and boarders are fully trained, insured and DBS checked.
We treat your pets like family and you can be rest assured your dog is in reliable and caring hands here with us at Very Important Poochies AKA VIPoochies.
Services
Group Walking & Socialisation
Perfect for playtime, fun and socialising with other dogs. Our small group walks are carefully designed and groups are selected daily dependant on your dogs needs, personality, compatibility and behaviour.
1hr - £11 (This includes pick up and drop off)
+£5 per additional dog of the same household
Solo Walks
Perfect for nervous and/or not very well socialised dogs. We are happy to take your dog solo and also spend some time on trying to socialise your dog with others.
**Please note we are not dog trainers**

+£5 per additional dog of the same household
Drop-in visits
Our drop-in visits are short comfort breaks, around 15 mins. We let your dog out, feed, play and give them some attention to break up their day.
From £10
Dog sitting/Doggy Date Night
Day/evening sitting is subject to availability.
Starting at £25 for the first 3 hours. Then +£5 for every additional hour up until Midnight.
Terms and Conditions

We ask that your dog is up-to-date with their vaccinations, flea and tick treatment.

You (the owner) accepts full liability for any loss or damage caused by their dog whilst being walked.

You are financially responsible for any loss or damage to property whilst your dog is boarding.

You must disclose any relevant information before the upcoming weeks walks, such as any injuries, illness (Kennel Cough) or if they are in season.

You must make full disclosure of any quality or characteristic problems which might make your dog not suitable for walking or home boarding when filling in our questionnaires, including behavioural or health problems, incontinence or lack of house training and loud barking.

We will make every effort to contact the you in the event of an emergency. We recommend owners provide us with an additional emergency contact number and vet details. We reserve the right to make decisions regarding your dog’s health provided it is at all times acting in the best interests of the dog and on the advice of a veterinary surgeon.

All new clients will be subject to availability, successful meet and greet followed by trial walk/overnight stay.

(Walking) Clients must ensure that their requirements for the following week are texted or booked via the app no later than Sunday evenings.

(Boarding) A 20% non-refundable deposit will be required at time of booking to secure your stay.

(Walking) We understand plans change and walks may need to be cancelled or rearranged. We try to be as flexible as possible, providing you notify us no later than the morning of the booked walk.

(Boarding) We require a minimum of four-days notice to cancel. Once boarding commences, full payment is due under any circumstances.

Your booked time is estimated only and whilst we make every effort to arrive at the time given, depending on road conditions and unforeseen circumstances, please allow approximately 30 minutes each side of your booked time slot.

We walk wind, rain and shine, however in the case of extreme weather conditions please understand that we may be slightly delayed. We also reserve the right to shorten the walk or possibly cancel, dependant on your dogs breed.

Clients and/or Very Important Poochies Ltd agree to give two week’s written or verbal notice to cancel the agreement.
